Cancellations
You can cancel your order (full or partial) within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Replacements
Each maker sets their own return eligibility, and many pieces are replacement-only.
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
• You received a defective or damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• Size exchanges (if available and in stock)
Each product has a specific replacement window, mentioned on the product page. Requests must be raised within this period.
Custom-made, altered, innerwear, beauty, personalised, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return or exchange.
